The film picks up immediately after the events of the first installment. It follows Jaskirat Singh Rangi (Ranveer Singh), an undercover Indian intelligence agent known as Hamza. Having successfully infiltrated criminal syndicates, Hamza now operates deep within the underworld of Karachi and Pakistani politics. His mission is to dismantle the terror networks responsible for the 26/11 attacks while facing off against his most formidable adversary yet, Major Iqbal (Arjun Rampal).
