Closing your iNi Cinemas account removes your profile and sign-in permanently. Read what happens before you continue.

What happens when we delete your account

Deleted permanently
  • Your name, email address, mobile number, and address
  • Your profile picture and saved preferences
  • Your sign-in credentials — the account can no longer be used to log in
  • Your saved region and marketing contact permissions
Kept by law
  • Issued bills, invoices, and tax records, as Nepali tax law requires
  • The booking and ticket record attached to each of those bills
  • Refund and payment references needed to close a disputed transaction
Any upcoming tickets stay valid, but you will lose access to them in your account. Save or print them before you continue.
